Bra company BreezeComfort has teamed up with nonprofit My Hope Chest to support uninsured women battling breast cancer. The lingerie brand will donate 50% of proceeds from each sale made on breezecomfort.com during the month of October to My Hope Chest, the only nonprofit helping breast cancer survivors without insurance afford reconstructive surgery.
I have a BreezeComfort bra. The pads do ventilate well, and can also be removed. It’s one of those newer style sports bras that unhooks on both sides instead of in the back. It has a deeper plunge in front, which is flattering and supports probably every workout I do except for running.
My Hope Chest was founded by Alisa Savoretti after she had to return to the stage as a Las Vegas Showgirl minus one breast after cancer and chemo. After stuffing her costumes she realized she couldn’t be the only woman stuck in the horrible situation she was dealing with and founded the NonProfit 7 years ago. I volunteer with them frequently.
