… peanut butter. 100% all natural organic peanuts ground to bits until they are luscious on my tongue. Because I am eating a whole wheat wrap with peanut butter, cinnamon and some dried mixed berries for breakfast – oatmeal just wasn’t tempting me today.
Today’s workout was a warm up on the rowing machine, a bunch of stuff on the Stairmaster, talking to Lisa for a bit too long (oops), crunches on the ball with one leg on the wall – both straight on and oblique-ish, planks on the ball w/ straight arms, planks on the ball w/ bent arms and bringing knees in, clamshell crunches with the ball between my knees/heels/butt, reverse leg curls as shown in the cute animated gif (I do single leg with my arms down and both legs with my hands on my hips so my core does the balancing for me. Click the image to go to the site with more ball-leg exercises.) Stretching, back stuff… I don’t usually list that here but I always stretch after I work out. It usually includes some flexibility stuff, some twisting, a couple yoga poses and special attention on leg stretching.
2010 goal update: 4084 crunches, 88.5 minutes of plank remaining.
Tonight is karate. Tomorrow is core class. And perhaps I will go to Saturday BodyFlow if we don’t hit Disney for the day.
Well you are busy with your workouts! My old gym had Body Flow and I absolutely loved it on Saturday mornings. I miss that class!
