Step ups, lunges, squats, plie squats – with hand weights of 7-10 lbs. Tricep kick backs @ 7lbs. 15 pushups, maybe 12, my arms were tired from going up and down with all the squats and I meant to do a 2nd set but forgot. Side taps, side plank with 7 lb, plank on one foot 30 sec each side. Oblique crunches on ball with one leg on the wall. Back reverse crunch on ball to ease the delicate spine
Also those ab exercises where you lie on your back and hold one hand weight and tap it to your opposite foot as your hand and foot both come up. ALSO holding a med ball, go from lying down to sitting straight up with ball overhead.
I got upset today because my daughter said that while we were at her friend’s house the other girl told my dauhter she had thrown up that day and twice before over the weekend. If that is the case, PLEASE do NOT invite my child to your house!! Argh!!!
Took Wendy shopping for dress shoes so she can dance at the party on Sat and she found black patent ballet flats at Payless for $16 and I had a 20% off coupon. That worked out well. We hit the library but skipped karate because it is testing night and Wendy missed too many summer lessons to be able to test.
